Eiffel Tower , Paris . Built for the International Exhibition of Paris in 1889, this gigantic phallic radio antenna has become not just an urban icon for Paris but for all Europe. It did not win over the French right away as a number of people petitioned to have it dismantled and taken down.
You could still ride the elevator or make the worlds most favourite stair climb and be rewarded with the most spectacular views overlooking Paris .

The lady with the stone flying buttresses sits on the Lle de la Cit’e in the epicentre of Paris , in fact if you stand out in front of the main entrance and you will find a spot in the cobble stones that marks the very centre of the city.
Shop at the Clignancourt Market , Paris . It doesn’t really matter what you looking for just take a stroll through the markets which are filled with tourist souvernier bargins and plenty of food stalls .
On the Champ –Elysees ,Arc de Triomphe . Located on the western end of the Champs-Elysees , the Arc de Triomphe is the largest triumphal monument arch in the world , about 49 m high and 44 m wide , commissioned by Napoleon in 1806 to commemorate his Grande Arme’es victories . The Arch wasn’t completed until 1836, under Louis-Phillippe. Of the sculptures decorating the monument the best known is Rude’s Marseillaise , also called The Departure of the Volunteers .J P Cortot’s Triumph of Napoleon in 1810, along with the resistance of 1815, both by Etex , also adorn the façade . The arch is engraved with names of hundreds of generals who were victories in Napoleons army’s . From the observation deck there are splendid views of the Champs-Elysees as well as renowned landmarks as the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and Sacre’-Coeur .
